PLESE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR PURCHASE:
Order Pickup
We will hold in our store any item purchased online for pick-up within 7 days from the time it was purchased, after the 7th day there will be a $10.00/day fee aplied until the item is picked up.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled within 24 hours you will get the full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out/delivered.
If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for a 10% restocking fee.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept a return on merchandise for store credit only under the following conditions:
-Customers have the right to apply for return within 2 days after the receipt.
-To be eligible for a return, our store must receive the product in 100% new, Re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a return if it has been assembled (if received in the box), ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way.
-The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories,promotional material, and in the original packaging (if received in the box).
-Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 2 days of the purchase date and pay for the shipping cost to our store located in Miami Lakes, FL.
-We will finish the inspection within 5 days after receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original new condition according to Clause, We will refuse the return.
-If the returned products are in original condition according to Clause, We will agree to issue a store credit in the paid amount minus any delivery fees (if any).
Refunds
There are NO REFUNDS, only store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and store credit available If you are approved.
